Bill Lauterbach - redpropeller Speakers and triners

Bill is the creative genius behind RedPropeller, LLC, which took flight after Bill left FIVE STAR, the company he co-founded in 1988 with his wife Nancy.

Bill and Nancy built an industry icon. They were one of the most successful, non-exclusive speaker bureaus in the country. FIVE STAR was the only bureau to produce Speaker Showcases nationally for their clients. They sold FIVE STAR IN 2005. By 2010 both Nancy and Bill had left FIVE STAR.

An addict when it comes to the service industry, Bill‘s clients have benefited from his extensive experience and knowledge of the speaking and training industry.

Bill’s joy is leveraging his knowledge and experience of the broad fields of business and his extensive speaker relationships in order to provide his clients with the best talent possible.

Bill came to the public speaking industry after a successful career in multi-office real estate brokerage, development and education. He was owner of the Hall Institute of Real Estate, a real estate pre and post license proprietary school servicing Missouri and Kansas. 

He is the founder and past president of INRELCO (International Relocation Consultants), an association of qualified Century 21 real estate brokers. The group was headquartered at his Kansas City Century 21 office. With 750 members, INRELCO conducted semi-annual meetings where speakers were utilized.

Century 21 LAUTERBACH was a full service real estate brokerage firm, residential and commercial, with three offices in the Kansas City metro area.

Bill also founded and owned Excalibur Realty and Development Company, which built and developed office condos in the Kansas City area, and was the owner/founder of Marlborough Investment Associates, a business brokerage firm.

After selling FIVE STAR Bill could have retired, but his love of building businesses and his love of the speaking/training business lead him to open RedPropeller, a boutique speakers bureau, where he continues in the traditions of trustworthiness and keeping clients happy.
