Nancy Lauterbach

Nancy Lauterbach - redpropeller Speakers and TrainersNancy has been helping clients connect with great speakers since 1980. She got her start in the industry working for speaker Dick Gardner, CPAE, at NASE (National Association of Sales Education) where she booked Dick on speaking engagements and marketed NASE seminars across the country.

When Dick Gardner was tragically killed in an auto accident, Nancy ran the company until its sale. She then went to work for the new owner as a Vice President.

Her reputation in the industry established, Nancy was recruited by Fred Pryor, of Pryor Resources and Fred Pryor Seminars.  At Pryor Resources she founded the in-house training department and booked Fred on speaking events.

In 1988 she co-founded FIVE STAR Speakers & Trainers with her husband Bill, and together Bill and Nancy built an industry icon.  They were one of the most successful, non-exclusive speaker bureaus in the country.  FIVE STAR was the only bureau to take Speaker Showcases across the country.  They sold FIVE STAR in 2005 but stayed onboard.  By 2010 both Nancy and Bill had left FIVE STAR.

Widely recognized and respected in the industry, Nancy was voted in as President of the International Association of Speakers Bureaus to an unprecedented two terms.  She received the association’s two highest awards; The John Palmer Award for outstanding contributions to the speakers bureau industry
and The Dottie Walters Helping Hands Award for outstanding dedication and support of the
 bureau industry.

In 2010 Nancy and Bill teamed up again to form a new speaker bureau company, RedPropeller,LLC,  focusing their experience and talent on providing the very best for a select clientele.

Nancy’s passion is connecting her clients to great speakers and trainers for the purpose of helping people and organizations.
